Primers Annealing Time

Triathlon VD in Reutlingen.

took place today my first triathlon!
Schwimmwn 400 m, 20km cycling and 5km run.
It was great fun!

Golkdwell Color Chart

So, the first competition for this year was the half-marathon in Oberndorf.

Oberndorf here is just around your corner. As always, before such events in the morning I was so taken doubted myself and wondered if I should start with the current training status at all. Also, I was cycling with my colleagues on Thursday 50 km and was still as the (imaginary?) Release fatigue in the legs.
