As a working person with intact social life it is not always easy, regular and targeted exercise. Especially in the autumn, with some unsavory weather and relatively short days, the training often also a matter of willpower. Too tempting is the prospect of sleeping in the morning or evening a little longer to work directly on the dining table, in front of the telly or because of me to end up in a cocktail bar.
